MINIMAL BEAUTY COLLECTIVE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Group Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for participation by the Participant, identified below (“Participant”), in the Minimal Beauty Collective Holistic Skincare Program (“Program”) created by Jen Stoeckert.

- The Program -

Minimal Beauty Collective is an educative coaching program to educate individuals on holistic skincare and wellbeing recommendations for healthy skin and beauty practices.

Program Fee and Payment Schedule

A. Program Fee

The Fee for the Program is $597 if Participant pays in full at time of signing this agreement or 2 monthly payments of $347 per month (total of $694) if the participant chooses the Payment Plan option (“Program Fee”).

The Program Fee includes:
● Lifetime Access to online portal of skin and wellbeing education videos lessons and modules.
● 6 month access that begins on date of purchase and ends after 6 months to Monthly LIVE group check in call
for feedback and consultation from Jen Stoeckert | Minimal Beauty Collective.

B. For Participants Selecting the Payment Plan

Participant authorizes Minimal Beauty Collective/Jen Stoeckert to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all Program Fee balances owed and agrees to keep this information current with the Minimal Beauty Collective/Jen Stoeckert. If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Minimal Beauty Collective/Jen Stoeckert may remove Participant from the Program within 24 hours and shall have no liability in that regard and lifetime access to content becomes null and void due to delinquent payment. Participant agrees to pay all of their payments if they choose the payment plan.

C. No Refunds

Refunds of the Program Fee are not available. Participant agrees to make timely and full payments of the Program Fee to the Company even if Participant is unable to attend trainings, calls or otherwise fully participate in the Program. There are no exceptions and participants default will be reported to collections per this contract.

D. Lifetime access to content only. Lifetime access does not include lifetime access to monthly group calls. Shall Minimal Beauty remove it's education portal from online, all students agree it is their responsibility to download all content for their individual lifetime access and students will have 90 days to do so.

- Minimal Beauty Collective Waiver & Release -

This course has been created for educational purposes only. The information shared through this education is meant to inspire others to make their own informed choices regarding their skincare and wellbeing.

Any statements or claims about the possible health benefits are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent illness. This education does not provide medical advice nor is the content intended to replace professional medical care.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health care professional. Each participant in this educational course takes full responsibility and discernment for practice of any of the shared techniques provided by Jen Stoeckert of Minimal Beauty.

Student agrees that all education received from Jen Stoeckert is voluntary and student releases Jen Stoeckert and Minimal Beauty from any and all liability.

Student agrees that this "terms and conditions" constitutes full disclosure as a student participant liability waiver.

Student participants are not to replicate or copy material from inside the Minimal Beauty Collective to their social media, websites or marketing material. Student participants are not to duplicate or copy material of Minimal Beauty Collective.

Student is not to share their log-in credentials. If student is found to have shared their log-in credentials with others, student understands they will be removed and terminated immediately from Minimal Beauty Collective and lifetime access to content becomes null and void.
